Project 4 ART 230 

For this project we were to pick a General Conference talk and make a magazine booklet of the talk to give to a friend. I chose the talk by Elder Godoy called "For the Sake of Your Posterity." 

The booklet is 12 pages, 8 pages plus the covers and inside front page and inside back page. It size is 7x10". We were only allowed to use 3 colors. I chose different shades of blue.

 We used a grid to create the booklet pages in order to make them look nice and flow well. I used different font sizes for the Headings and subheadings and different font types to create contrast. I used a lot of negative space in order to not make it look too busy. We were to make the page numbers different in some way so I made them a little bigger than normal and put them in the bottom of my color boxes. The only pictures we were allowed to use was of the speaker.
